We are moving to a hosting provider that uses Smartermail, and we are using the import/migration tool to get mail from the old server. Unfortunately this only seems to work for a small number of emails, if it is more than 300 or so then they don't get downloaded, so I am assuming it is timing out at that point.

 

What is the solution to import from a mailbox that contains thousands of emails ? any way I can increase the timeout or tell the host how to ?
