Inactive Subscribers (no longer on any lists)

Smartermail creates a Subscriber record (separate from account user records) for every subscriber to a hosted mailing list.
Once that person is removed from all hosted mailing lists, that subscriber record remains.
 
Is there any way to get a report of those inactive subscriber records so that they can be removed?

In the past, I have had to "manually" delete dozens of subscribers that stayed in SM even after the only lists they were on got deleted.  Haven't needed to do this in awhile, but it sounds like the problem remains.
