Just to confirm, the only way to add a user to a group via the API is via the UpdateUserGroup method?  So basically I have to rebuild the entire group in order to add a user?  I have to pass in the ID, name and list of current users plus the new user?  What happens if someone adds a user to a group via the admin page while it is being updated via the API?
