Web Calendar Not Updating

Submitted
New SM V15
Active Sync Account - Android and Outlook 2013.
Items Sync from outlook to Driod Very fast
and from Driod to Outlook in a slow to moderate manner.
Web Calendar however is really slow,
 
Am I missing a setting somewhere or something?
