Maybe silly question, are you using the mobile version or the desktop version of the interface ?

It's not a silly question at all. We were using the desktop version of the interface, where the problem persists. On a mobile version everything is working fine.

On my android, an HTC Desire 610, you can hit reply, but then there is no text area to type the reply. This is whatever stock browser was on the phone. So i can use the desktop interface to find and read emails easily. then i am forced to switch to the mobile version to actually reply. and that sucks down a lot of bandwidth because it reloads the full list each time after i send reply.
