Jabber Support for Support Agents

Proposed
I would like to see Jabber support added to SmarterTrack.
Agents should be able to use their favorite chat software to chat with each other ( like smartermail) But also receive web chats from visitors to the website.
 
This would allow agents to be able to respond to web chats from anywhere, not just their desktops.
