After AD integration not able to sync mail from any IMAP SYNC Tool

Dear All,
We have migrated our one of the client from exchange to snmarter mail and there are more than 3000+ email boxes.
We have taken archival of exchange via MailStore to restore that mail frm Exchange to SmarterMail.
We have Archived all the Exchange Data now we are not able to restore via IMAP because its require Password of SM Users for 3000+ users password retrieving is difficult.
Note: The archival has been tacken from Exchange by creating one service account for reference you may refer this below link for details..
Is there any such option where we can restore to all SM users by creating any such account rather than individual user and password.
