Hi,
we are using SmarterStats Enterprise 5.2. Since a few weeks we get the Error "Your site is currently processing logs and data is unavailable" for one of our tracked pages. The rest is still running fine.
If I analyse the site I get the following error:
There was an exception accessing file on server localhost (1): SmarterTools.Compression.Zip.ZipException: Cannot find central directory
bei SmarterTools.Compression.Zip.ZipFile.ReadEntries()
bei SmarterTools.Compression.Zip.ZipFile..ctor(Stream stream)
bei SStatSvc.Config.ServerSettings.CheckDirectoryZips(DirectoryInfo di, DataTable dt, SiteSettings ss)
Does anybody know how to solve this?
I already checked the permissions of the folders for the logs. They seem to be fine.
I also tryed removing all existing log-files and restarting the service without any success.
