Delivery issue: Email appears in SMTP log but not delivery log

I'm trying to troubleshoot a delivery issue. I have an email that was bounced back to the sender with the message:
The attached message could not be delivered to the recipients listed below.
The original message was rejected at Sat, 05 Dec 2015 15:49:10 +0000
Delivery attempt from MAG: smtp484.redcondor.net to receiving MTA failed.
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
   mail undeliverable for 2 hours
The message shows up in the SMTP log for that day, but I can't find it in the delivery log. Usually, if my spam filters have blocked delivery, I see the spam weight in the delivery log. With emails from this domain, the message doesn't hit the delivery log at all.
As a side note, the sender's domain name is on our Trusted Sender list.
Any help would be much appreciated.
