How to migrate Exchange(800GB) to SmarterMail

Dear All,
 
Kindly help us to migrate our one of the data which in Exchange 2010 and the size is approx 800GB with 2900 users.
Now we want to go with SmarterMail but there no way we are getting where we can migrate that amount of the data into smartermail.
We have check below testing and result are sharing with you..
We have setup SmarterMail Locally and tested all these.......
1- SmarterMail inbuilt migration tools - 
                 A: Which is working with small account not with large data.
                 B: Taking too much time to Migrate even small size of data also.
2- Imap through Third Party : 
                 A: We have tested with imapSync, Mail Store but due slow performance we unable to migrate large mail boxes.
 
Any other method which we can use to migrate such large data.
Request you to all and SmarterMail as well Please suggest if possible other wise we have to suggest some other option to the client.
 
Your observation's and post would be important for us.

Aloha Rishikesh.
When you say you set it up locally, what was the configuration ?
1) you are running it (exchange and smartermail) on 2 different servers on the same physical network ?
If so, is your network all gigabit ?
 
2) you are running it on the same physical server with virtual machines as the servers ?
 
3) or was it some other setup ? number of switch hops, speed of the network, competing with other traffic ? etc ?
 
4) Is this for a single domain with 2900 users or is this several hundred domains or ?  what is the setup ? (looks like you guys are a hosting company?)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find append answer of the points and suggest accordingly..

1) you are running it (exchange and smartermail) on 2 different servers on the same physical network ?
If so, is your network all gigabit ?

Answer: Both on different - different physical Machine and using there own NIC which have 1GBPS speed.

2) you are running it on the same physical server with virtual machines as the servers ?

Answer: Exchange is on VM instance and SM Server installed on Local Physical Server.

3) or was it some other setup ? number of switch hops, speed of the network, competing with other traffic ? etc ?

Answer: As I said Its enterprises setup and all the devises are having good configuration.


4) Is this for a single domain with 2900 users or is this several hundred domains or ? what is the setup ? (looks like you guys are a hosting company?)

Answer: Its a single Domain with 2900 Users which having 1.8 TB data.
Yes we are a mailing and hosting service provider.

You will see the best results using ImapSync. You might want to limit the concurrent migrations that ImapSync does to lessen the performance blow.

Dear All,

We are running Exchnage 2010 & SmarterMail on the same network. Both machine are Dual CPU, Quad core, 32/64 GB RAM, 147 GB 15k RPM Raid 1 for OS and 600 GB x 4 RAID 3 for data.

These are two physical servers.

Yes, We are a hosting company and these 2900 ids are on a single domain.

We have used IMAPSync before and migrated many domains but challenge here is completing the activity in a shortest period without any downtime for user. All mails should be available to users from day 1 of migration.
