HELP: activating SM 12 endswith free version.

Hi,
 
we update our smartermail from 12 to 13, but that  version of sm 13 is not usefull.
To many problems. 
 
We removed sm 13 and installed sm 12 again. Now activating SM finisched with a free version of sm.
 
HELP we can't use it.

Did you try looking up your license, on the SmarterTools website, and re-applying the license in the old version?
 
When you downgraded, did you completely UNINSTALL SmarterMail 13.X, REBOOT, and then do the installation for SmarterMail 12.X?
