Failed to save server settings

Hi,

I am trying to add a new server under SETTINGS > SERVER SmarterStats Enterprise, but receiving the following error instead.

"Failed to save server settings"

Any suggestion would help.

Just to add, the version for Smartestats that we are using is Enterprise 10.2

Plus firewall rule is also allowed for port 50003.
And do we need to install Remote Service on the new Windows 2012 server hosting the website?
