Add User Via Ticket- Settings (Assign To Company)

I wanted to see if we could make a feature that when a ticket comes across... we can click their email and you have the ADD USER button there that preloads their information and any other info that is needed.
 
Secondly i wanted to see if at that point we can assign that user to a company file. I have people that email in tickets and they are lost within the system once closed..
