Setting up ClickFunnels with Smartermail Setup Email SMTP Settings

I am getting a Failed to verify Email Settings, error: 504 Unrecognized authentication type. error when I attempt to setup Clickfunnel SMTP send mail I've tried using both port 25 and 587
 
Any suggestions on what settings I need to change in Smartermail
