Preload registered login data (Custom Fields) into ticket when email ticket comes in

I think it would be amazing if we could have preloaded custom fields for emailed tickets that have a registered users email attached to it. 
This would make it so i dont have to spend countless hours just putting in that information when each ticket comes in.
