I want to evaluate SmarterTrack for use as an internal (employee only) interface for Who's On and Live Chat.
I setup SmarterTrack on an internal webserver (no public DNS), copied website integration script to company website.
Browsing the company website from the local network showed results in Who's On and I could push Live Chat invites to local users.
When browsing from the outside to the company website nothing showed up on Who's On.
That is when I realized that the website integration script is client side.
How can i setup SmarterTrack so that Who's On and Live Chat will work from company website, while SmarterTrack portal wont be available from the internet?
