There is a BUG when try to remove an address of the WhiteList using svcServerAdmin with the latest version of SM 14.2
When I try to remove an Address that have another flags such GreyList and XMPP setting the SMTP, IMAP and POP to false the IP don't be removed and only these flags SMTP, IMAP and POP has been set to false.
I found this BUG when I automate our scripts to update the whitelist/blacklist address using our central system.
After the update the Smartermail web interface don't read the whitelist records. Need to restart Smartermail to do this.
