Three of the SmarterStats "Page Utilization" reports (Page Time Taken, Page Bandwidth In, Page Bandwidth Out) do not show any results. All three return empty with a "This report returned no results" message. For whatever reason the Document/Download/Image Bandwidth Out reports seem to be working fine.

 

I verified the IIS log files are populating the necessary fields (sc-bytes, cs-bytes, time-taken) as defined in KBSearchID 660022.

 

Is there another setting somewhere that would prevent these reports from working? Is this a known bug with this version of SmarterStats (I'm currently running 10.2.5556)?
