Is the SmarterNotify application only supposed to work for Administrators of SmarterTrack?
I thought regular Agents could use it too, but whenever I try to add an Agent Account, I get an error that the webservice could not be reached. If I upgrade the Agent Account to an Admin Account (for testing purposes) they can connect just fine.
I am not going to upgrade everyone to an Admin obviously... So...am I doing something wrong?
