I have a client complaining that he can not fetch POP3 eMails properly.
Sometimes he gets a "Socket Error # 10054 – Connection reset by peer" - error.
I have increased the pop3-log-level. But I don't see any errors.
He also reported, that if he moves some eMails to junk-email then all of a sudden
eMails can be pulled without a problem.
Any ideas ? We have SM 13.1 Enterprise.
