Global Footer for all Knowledge Base Articles

Is there a way to configured a footer for all knowledge base articles?
 
This is supposed not to be based on a template for KB articles, but being added dynamically when the article is requested.
 
This would allow to change to footer content when global changes occur (i.e. contact information)

Doubtful. That would likely need to be something CSS'd.
