Unable to set up SmarterMail

Hi - hopefully while I wait for the ticket someone can help me here. I just installed SmarterMail 14.x on a client's virtual private server (fresh server, too). As soon as it completed, it took me to the getting started landing page with a video and a link to begin setup. I clicked on Begin Setup and it took me immediately to Login.aspx. However, I haven't set up a login! I haven't even gotten to enter a license key! I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Any ideas?

Hi William,

Login with user and password: admin, and start the server setup.
