Editing user submitted email body

Under Consideration
How do we edit the email body that has been submitted by an unregistered user to their ticket in SmarterTrack? 
 
Or if editing is not an option, at least delete their reply?
 
This is for those occasions when a user may submit sensitive information we have never asked for and don't want to be exposed to.

Hmmm... Does not seem possible at the time. Seems like a good feature idea though. I will change the type of thread to reflect its a feature so we can discuss in the future. BUT if you must do this I may be able to give you a custom query you could run on your database if you like?

Ashley, thank you for considering this for a feature.

Yes, I have already updated what we need using SQL query. I just don't want to have to do that manually every time one of our users notices sensitive info - none of them have access to SQL nor they should have :)

We often have the need to edit the body of a ticket -- via the admin interface.
 
Is this coming in the current (or a future) release?
