We are just starting off using SmarterTrack and in the process of setting up we created several "test" Tickets and CallLogs. Now that our system will be going live, I would like to permanently purge all these deleted Tickets and CallLogs. I see the online help says that Admins have the ability to permanently delete records...but I can't find a way of doing that.
I searched for "Deleted Records" and I find them, then I click "DELETE" again on the record thinking that would kick off a permanent purge, but nothing happens. I don't see any other area to perform this function.
