Automatic email detection in ticket body missing

In the previous SmarterTrack version email addresses within the body of a ticket were detected and converted into a hyperlink which when clicked presented an option to edit the address or view user details, which is very useful when discovering other tickets, call logs and live chat logs connected to that email address.
