Live Chat Link displayed as online when business is closed

It is 1PM on Sunday and the Live Chat link is online when is should be offline outside of business hours. This issue was not present in the previous SmarterTrack version: 10.6.5577
Edit: It is now 5:10PM on Sunday and the Live Chat link is offline.

Settings > Configuration > Language and Locale - Default Time Zone: (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London

We have a single Brand and it's business hours availability is set to 'Closed' on Saturdays and Sundays.  The office hours are set to 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.
All departments inherit business hours from this brand.
Settings > Configuration > Live Chat > Options - Disallow new chats outside of business hours is checked.
