My company is looking to get out a detailed report they would like to see summary of the problem or even the subject line. Is it possible to get this out of smarter track?

Hello Lee, Thanks for the inquiry. We do not have the capability to submit ticket information or details of the subject or body on a report. This would be a potential feature request. Thanks.
