Is there a spell check feature in SmarterTrack for email replies?

Hi Richard,
 
SmarterTrack does have a spell check feature included.  When you are replying to a ticket you should see the ABC spell check icon.  If you do not see the icon click on More... and you should see all options available when replying to a ticket.

I'm running SM 15 and having an issue with spellcheck also. Yes it does alert by the red squiggle line beneath a misspelled word in the email body but nothing happens other the the text field turning pale green when I click the ABC icon. Shouldn't if offer suggestions of the correct spelling like other email programs?

Hi Jill. If you click on the underlined words they will show you suggestions and allow you to ignore or add to dictionary.

It use to auto spell check as I would type a response. Does Smartertrack no longer do that?

What browser are you using? Chances are the browser was performing those checks for you.
I use Chrome.
