I know that when someone creates a ticket, related articles are shown.

 

However I would like to see a feature that would allow articles to be manually "related to" other articles.  Sort of a "see also" capability.  The "related" articles, if any, would show up in a list at the bottom of the current article. 

 

In this case I am suggesting that the relationships are created manually, versus having the system list them.
