Hyperlinks within KB articles and Tickets

I am not sure if this is just my lack of knowledge with all of the updates or if this is a true bug.

I am trying to add hyperlinks to ticks and KB articles and I find that I am receiving a javascript:0 error when I try to click on OK.  The screen does absolutely nothing at all and I am not sure what it is that I am doing incorrectly?

Here is what mine looks like when I try to add a link (the link option here even looks different than mine:

Here's the link option from within this thread:

So does this mean that I have something set up incorrectly?

Thank you,

Hi Shannon,

From the first image you posted, it looks like all settings are displaying at once, regardless of you having "URL" chosen for the Link Type. What should be happening is you choose "URL" and the Protocol and URL fields appear. If you choose "Link to anchor in the text" the Select an Anchor text should appear. And if you choose "Email Address" the last fields for those settings should appear.

I'm not sure this is something I can troubleshoot as I'm not terribly technical, but what version are you running? This will help other users or agents in troubleshooting this. Also, when did this behavior begin?

That's the version I'm testing with and I'm not able to replicate this. Does this behavior happen every time or only after certain steps you take? What version of Firefox are you on?

It's not a bother at all! I'm glad you were able to get it figured out. Let us know if you need anything else.
