Problem with Content Filtering

Hi,
 
I have problem, that Content Filtering did not work. 
 
I only have 2 Filters all Mails from sender X, should move in Folder X.
But all mails are in Inbox Folder.

If the messages show up via a pop or imap retrieval then the filters do not get fired... yet.

I take mails form my webserver with pop3. 
 
What is the right possibility to get mails?

I'm not talking about how you get your mails from smartermail, I am talking about how smartermail is receiving those emails. If they arrive via regular smtp then the content filters will work. If they arrive via the message retrieval function then the filters will not work currently

Hi, sorry I did not know what you mean. I configure SMTP only for outgoing mails, not for incoming?!

Björn F., SmarterMail 12.x and below do not support spam or content filtering on messages received via IMAP or POP.  However, that is now a new feature introduced in SmarterMail 13 (released yesterday 3 Nov.).
