RDNS lookup fix from point release not working

Hi,
 
The point release made public a few days ago listed as one of the fixes, one for the RDNS lookup not working.  It still isn't.
 
I have RDNS set to 30 and active, which would delete messages with no rdns.  The following came in at 11:11 today:

Can someone in the support staff please take a look at this again?  The IP address 212.28.67.39 has no reverse dns.
