Menu Bar Dropdowns

We have a couple of users (out of 600) that have reported an issue with the drop downs in the menu bar. When they click on any of them; Actions, Delete, View, so on...nothing happens. This just started happening. We have updated everything- Flash, Java and stuff. Tried Chrome, IE 10 and 9. Only when we go to IE8 does it seem to work again. Any thoughts? jim

Same here, but seems to be intermittent even using same browser.

With three people having this issue we should see three votes... Just saying the more votes a thread has the more attention it gets.

Mine works with Firefox 34.0.5 and IE 11 11.0.9600.17501 but NOT Chrome Version 39.0.2171.99 m - anyone else ?

What version of SmarterMail are you running? Have you upgraded to 13.1?

It is now working for me with all three! IE 11.0.9600.17498, FF 35, Chrome 39.0.2171.99 m which is the same Chrome version you are running. Hmmm very strange, must be something of the server side of things.
