Calendar and Agent Scheduling

We are an ISP and really need a help desk with the ability to schedule tickets for our field techs. Having a Calendar that gives a very quick overview of which tickets are scheduled on which day and to which tech would be a huge asset.
 
We are currently using Kayako but would switch in a heartbeat if you had this type of functionality.

Currently there is not a mechanism in place that can be used to schedule tickets or display tickets in a calendar view.  Something such as this would be considered a feature request for future versions of the software.

Actually we are looking for a similar function, being able to view tasks in a full calendar view so it's easy to see anyone's schedule visually.

any updates on this?

This is still in our internal tracking. We have not yet had sufficient time to fully discuss this feature.
