Auto-Import of Site Data No Longer Works - SmarterStats 9.2.5630

Attempting to auto-import website/log information into SmarterStats 9.2.5360 is no longer working.

When adding a new website via IMPORT FROM IIS:

Add a New Site - IMPORT from IIS
Add a New Site - IMPORT from IIS
selecting the site to import from the pop-up window, does not auto-populate the data into the site information fields, but leaves them blank:

Import a Site - Popup Window Example
Import a Site - Popup Window Example
After the site is selected, and the OK button is clicked on:

Example of button selection on Import a Site from IIS
Example of button selection on Import a Site from IIS
the window closes, but none of the data is imported into the fields for the new domain setup:

DATA fields still empty after selection and acknowledgement of selection in IMPORT A SITE from IIS in SmarterStats 9.2.5630
DATA fields still empty after selection and acknowledgement of
selection in IMPORT A SITE from IIS in SmarterStats 9.2.5630
The only way to add the site is via manual entry of each field.

Hey Bruce,
Can you confirm if the log location information (under Log Analysis Tab) is be filled in? I am just trying to get a better idea of it's only info on the Options tab or across all tabs. As for right now, locally I can't replicate this same behavior.
Thanks

Thanks for checking this, Michael;

The logs are in the same place they have been since we started using SmarterStats.

All websites are on the same server as SmarterStats is installed, in the local "D" drive, under the WEBSITE's home directory.

They are stored in the website's directory, and located in a directory called LOGS, with IIS creating the actual log directory under the LOGS directory.  This allows us to keep all of the customer's data with the customer's log files.

The logs have no changes in permissions, with the exception that the webmaster for the website cannot modify or delete the logs - they become a permanent record and we keep them as long as a business remains a customer with us.

Hey Bruce,

When you do the 'Import -> from IIS' option,, is the Log Analysis tab referenced above automatically filled out or did you manually enter that? What I am looking to see if is only a portion of the information is not being populated. Say only the Log Analysis info is filled out, or if nothing is being filled out.

Thanks

Nothing is populated. All fields remain blank.
