How do I reset my email account password
Problem reported by Chesnay Esau - 9/19/2014 at 1:05 AM
Not A Problem
I have been battling with resetting  email password. Im sure it is the right details but get an incorrect username or password error. I have been searching help topics with no resolution. On login box itself there is no option to reset password or forgot password check box. Please help as i have no means of checking my business email at the moment.

Regards

If there is no password reset link or button, then your e-mail provider has disabled your ability to reset your password and you will have to contact your mail server admin to get this resolved.

Dear Users, just go to the LOGIN page of this website, once the pop up appears, it will ask you to log in. Just click the 'forget password' link. Voila! Reset your account password via e-mail..

There is no need to double post, especially within the same thread.
