New System Event - Time of Day Issue

I would like my staff to be notified when a ticket comes in after hours.
 
When creating a new ticket created notification event, one of the triggers available to me is the "Time of Day."
 
Our department's normal business hours are 8 AM to 6 PM.  I set these times, drop the combobox to display "Outside" and check the "Enable" checkbox.
 
When I save the event, the "Outside" combobox reverts back to "Between."
 
If I try to set the time to read "Between" 6 PM and 8 AM, the pop-up windows gray out the AM options and I am not allowed to set the notification up any further.

Hello Phillip,  
     The issue with the drop menu has been fixed. It was saving correctly, but not loading in the right value when re-opened. Thank you for pointing it out.
