I would like my staff to be notified when a ticket comes in after hours.
When creating a new ticket created notification event, one of the triggers available to me is the "Time of Day."
Our department's normal business hours are 8 AM to 6 PM. I set these times, drop the combobox to display "Outside" and check the "Enable" checkbox.
When I save the event, the "Outside" combobox reverts back to "Between."
If I try to set the time to read "Between" 6 PM and 8 AM, the pop-up windows gray out the AM options and I am not allowed to set the notification up any further.
