Adding Domain Calendar to Outlook
Question asked by Ken Kingsbury - 9/6/2014 at 1:09 PM

Why isn't there an option to add a Domain Calendar to Outlook? In order to view everyone's vacation schedule, you have to add everyone's calendar to your Outlook. Is there any other way to do this when using the Outlook calendar?

It would be much easier for everyone to put their public appointments on the Domain Calendar and each person add only this one to their Outlook.

Under domain settings for the domain, click on shared resources. Right? Basically the public calendar version of Exchange.

We set up a user called calendar@domain.tld.   We log the users in as that user in web version of SM, hook up the outlook calendar and logg them out of the web version. works well 9other than outlook 2013) so far.
