Survey to be offered in Monthly cummuliative, not per ticket based survey

Dear Team,
Presently, an survey is offered to a incomming ticket when it is closed by Staff. This is per ticket status based quality survey.
We want to offer an survey to my clients per monthly basis. example, if an client xyz.com company raised 100 tickets per month, we have to send cummilative survey to that comany summerizing their tickets, resolution given and asking their feedback.
Is there a way to achieve this... Please suggest
