Close Lock Bug after upgraded to 10

I recently upgrade system from version 8 to 10. After version change I face very strange issue like if i dispose any ticket with "Close and Lock" and if some one tray to reply that ticket sender received auto response in subject line like " re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: [0EC-1B887E1E-02FB] Snagit Installation

I am using Zimbra mail server.

Checked auto response setting but do not getting any clue on system
