Deleted attachments can be found

Resolved
If you delete an attachment and later you download attachments using Download all, you will get all attachments including deleted ones

Thanks for reporting this Otto.
 
I was able to confirm this behavior within my test environment as well and have informed our developers of the issue. This will be added onto our bugs list and resolved in a future release.

This has been resolved for the next minor update of SmarterTrack 10.x. Release note is below:

IXED: Clicking on Download All in Ticket > Attachments tab will now properly ignore deleted attachments.
