User's last login timestamp is stored according to the client's calendar settings

In System Settings > Organization > Users, the "Last Login" column displays the timestamp according to the client's operating system instead of the server's. In other words, if the client has "Hijri" calendar (as in Saudi Arabia...etc) instead of Gregorian, we would be in the year 1436! That wouldn't sort well with the rest of the entries in the table.
