Hi All,
 
I'm trying to run a top downloads for date range: 1/1/2014 - 12/31/2014. It never finishes; however if I use 1/1/2014 - 11/30/2014 the report finishes. I am using version 10.1.5529.
 
Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks for the information. I believe we have resolved this issue in the current build of SmarterStats that was publicly released on the 19th of March. Please let us know otherwise.
