I do not see this implemented and surprised it doesnt have this yet. It would be nice to have some user details more than just Browser and IP like the Page the are requesting chat from. It beneficial to know if they are on a registeration page or store page or even on the portal page so the agent can better assist with out having to add Whos On Tracking and compare IP address.
