Sorting Problem in Sent Items folder

Hi,

SmarterMail 13

I am facing a problem when do sorting in the Sent Items folder.

When I click to sort the column To, the sorting result is not displayed in the correct order.

You are probably going to have to explain that a bit more with maybe a screenshot... Also post the exact version of smartermail you are using.

Problem Description:

It would appear that when you have the preview pane either on the bottom or disabled (as you have it) the To field does not sort correctly. However, when I have the preview pane on the right side the To field does sort correctly.

May I know how to attach screenshot here?

You would need to upload the screenshot to an image hosting site and then link to it with the image button in the toolbar.

However perhaps you have explained it well enough now.

This sounds like a bug to me, have you considered opening a support ticket to get it resolved? If it's a bug then it would be refunded.

Besides that, I also faced problem when copy and paste content to smartermail.

Font's color, line spacing, excel box lin, etc will disappear after I paste into the message. This doesn't not happen in the previous version (Version 11).

Version 13 looks like have many bugs/problems which troublesome the user!

Teng Wen Jie, I have successfully replicated the problem with sorting on the TO field with the Preview Pane set on the bottom. I am marking this thread a Being Fixed.

Teng Wen Jie, this bug has been fixed and will be in the next minor release.

Teng Wen Jie, we are looking at releasing a minor upgrade for SM 13 tomorrow, 11 June (subject to change). It will have this fix included. Also note that SM 14 already had this fix in place.
