Regarding spam

I have smartermail 10.7 . i have approx 150 domains register in smartermail server. When i am sending a mail with any domain mail id all mail are going into spam. no one domain are sending spam and my Ip is also not blacklisted. Please tell me what can i do.

Hi Gaurav.  We would really need a support ticket in order to see why your mail is being marked as spam.

Hi Gaurav. You said that when you send a message out from any of your domains, the messages are going to the spam folder. Do you mean the recipient's spam folder?

yes, only gmail recipient got mail in spam.

Are you saying that only gmail recipients are seeing your mail in their spam folders? What about other recipients like yahoo, aol etc...?

Thank you. I received your message to linda@lpdynamix.com in my Inbox, but your message to lpadnet@gmail.com landed in my Gmail spam folder. The anti-spam program that I use on linda@lpdynamix.com sees your IP as clean and the message you sent didn't appear to have any major attributes of spam. Gmail's anti-spam system may be looking for several other attributes. What you need to do is visit the following link and make sure your sending server is in compliance with the rules that Gmail requires: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126. Even though I'm sure you are not a "bulk sender", some larger email service providers such as Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Gmail, etc.. require that you meet their standards in order to have your mail continuously delivered to their user's inboxes. Here is the link again: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126 That link explains Gmail's sender compliance rules and guidelines. It is for people running mail servers which send to Gmail servers. It is to help ensure that mail from your server is delivered to Gmail user's inboxes and not their spam folders. Read through the link and make sure that your server is set up in accordance to their guidelines. Thanks.
