smartertrack email already in use by a department

I get an error when setting an agent email: email already in use by a department.  The problem is, there is no email setting on the department to change it.

You'll want to check the SMTP and POP settings for your departments. Those you can easily change by editing the department and clicking on the respective tabs. You may also want to check your Brand's SMTP settings as well.

Thanks for the reply.  The only place that particular email is used is for the SMTP authentication, both under the department and brand settings.

Just so you know, the Brand and Department emails can be the same, and the Department SMTP info is what's used to send out responses to customers. Therefore, you CAN use personal email addresses for your agents as those aren't seen by your customers.
