We would really benefit with a feature for Users to have distribution lists. The categories are difficult since each user contact has to be accessed to add to a category . Would it be possible for users to be tagged and updated into a category at once?? This is making it hard for our various Department Email Users to create lists of contacts as many of the lists change and new Categories are created often with many contracts. We are using the alsias feature but that is not for users to manage.
