Only partial text is stored in ticket history

If I write a lengthy response to a customer, when they reply back to me, I am only able to see a small portion of what I wrote in the ticket history.
Is there a setting that will cause SmarterTrack to keep the full text of the communication?

Any and all responses should appear in the ticket response a customer sends except in cases when a mail server sending the reply concatenates the information that's sent. Regardless, your response should show in the ticket history as a separate ticket, usually denoted with a blue outline while customer responses are yellow.
