A few things to try:
- Reset IIS
- Uninstall/Re-install
- Try a fresh DataBase if you can?
Also, if those do not seem to help what version are you on? If your not on the latest You should try to upgrade to the latest version to see if that helps. If you are still having problems at this point you may need to contact support.
